Our GR5 Titanium Sheet (Ti-6Al-4V) is the industry-standard alpha-beta titanium alloy, engineered for applications requiring high specific strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Unlike commercially pure titanium (GR1/GR2), GR5 offers a tensile strength ≥895 MPa, making it the primary choice for aerospace structural frames, offshore pressure hulls, and high-performance racing components.
We supply these materials in the Vacuum Annealed condition. This critical process eliminates internal rolling stresses, ensuring superior flatness (≤3mm/m) and significantly reducing spring-back issues during cold forming or CNC machining. Whether you need standard 4’x8′ sheets or extra-wide plates up to 3000mm for large vessel fabrication, our inventory is ready for immediate dispatch.
Data based on ASTM B265 / ASME SB265 for Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V).
👨🔧 Engineer’s Note: Please ensure your design requires Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). While Pure Titanium (GR2) offers better ductility for deep drawing, GR5 is designed for load-bearing structures with significantly higher hardness and strength.

From Raw Plate to Ready-to-Install Parts
Processing Ti-6Al-4V is notoriously difficult due to its high strength. Utilize our in-house capabilities to bypass third-party machining delays.
Compliance for Critical Applications
Q: Is your GR5 sheet supplied in the annealed condition?
A: Yes, standard supply is Vacuum Annealed. This relieves internal rolling stresses, ensuring the plate remains flat during machining and is safer to cut.
Q: Can you cut GR5 titanium to specific drawings (DXF/CAD)?
A: Yes. We use Water Jet cutting for custom shapes based on your CAD files. This eliminates the need for rough machining on your end.
Q: What is the difference between GR5 and “99.5% Titanium”?
A: “99.5% Titanium” refers to Grade 1 or Grade 2 (Pure Titanium). GR5 is an alloy (approx. 90% Ti, 6% Al, 4% V). GR5 is about 3 times stronger than 99.5% pure titanium but is harder to form. Please confirm your strength requirements before ordering.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ for standard thickness stock items. For custom rolling or non-standard alloys, MOQ typically starts at 100kg.
